At our online shop, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations or may not fit properly. That's why we have a hassle-free refund policy to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund process, please visit the following link to request and manage returns: https://shopify.com/8456372320/account

Once you have initiated the return request, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to return the item to us. We ask that all items be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.

Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or damaged. Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Although we have a high quality standard and do our best to avoid any mistakes, mistakes are human and happen every now and then.

If your goods are wrong or damaged, please take a photo of the swimwear. Send us this photo, along with the order number and a description (what is wrong, what is broken) to contact@infinityecoswim.com. We will check this and make sure that we send you the correct / undamaged goods at no additional cost.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including hang tag and hygiene stickers).

Our strappy designs can all be sized up one more size due to their adjustable design.

Our sizing is on the smaller side (except the velvets because the garment is more stretchy) and our cuts quite cheeky, so if you're in between sizes, we suggest going up a size. Please also keep in mind, this size chart is only to be used as a guide.

All of our Swimwear is made using ECONYL®.

ECONYL® is a regenerated nylon fibre, manufactured from synthetic post-consumer waste materials such as abandoned fishing nets, industrial plastic and fabric waste, that otherwise would have landed in landfills or remained in the ocean. Those materials are recycled and regenerated into a new nylon yarn.

Regular nylon is made from non-renewable petroleum oil which is a significant contributor to global warming. By choosing regenerated nylon instead of new nylon, Infinity Eco is making a conscious choice towards a more sustainable future and help our community to make one too.

The positive impacts of using ECONYL® are not just limited to the revolutionary process of waste regeneration and the protection of our environment but also the impact of removing possible risks that are responsible and cause injury or death to marine animals from our oceans.

We focus on 0% plastic packaging.

So your bikini comes in a handy, reusable, cotton fabric Infinity Eco carry pouch.

The hygiene sticker is made out of paper. Our hangtags are made out of recycled paper printed with cocoa beans.

With every bikini order with us our manufacturer helps to clean up our oceans and create a better future for women and our communities. Donations are proceeding to ROLE Foundation and BALI WISE. Since early days of the pandemic SOS Indonesia, additionally got supported, to help feeding those in dire need.

ROLE Foundation run a zero waste facility and environmental development programs in Bali. Their vision supports zero waste to oceans, sustainable businesses for coastal communities, and through BALI WISE – women’s business education and development. They also regularly educate staff on how to keep the environment in mind, around waste management and more. Together we have succeeded in banning plastic water bottles on site!
